Join us today for a uniquely inspiring experience at the Creativity Cottage. Each rental is customized for your particular event.
Location
Ideally located just north of Cincinnati (minutes from downtown); Within 10 minutes of 4 major shopping districts; Close access to hotels and Free convenient off-street parking available.
Space
The Creativity Cottage consists of over 3500 feet of inspiring environment (1400+ feet inside 2100+ outside).
Inside, the combined main rooms accommodates up to 22 people comfortably. We also have 2 additional smaller break out rooms, a private office space, and a kitchenette that leads to the outside experience zone.
Outside you will find a space especially designed for all kinds of gatherings. Connected by a wandering path and surrounded by nature, 5 gathering zones are available for both small and large group experiences. From enjoying lunch or a coffee on the shaded deck, to relaxing in the gazebo listening to the rippling waterfall, to having a conversation on the native brick patio, to resting in the eco friendly Canadian Adirondack chairs, or discussing your next venture as you practice your putting on the green, the outdoors space is a delightful addition to The Creativity Cottage.
The most wonderful of times are surely experienced by fully utilizing both the inside and outside spaces, weather permitting!:)
Amenities
Includes on-site guest relations manager as needed. Free Wifi, 55″ HD TV, Blue Ray player, Logitech camera and tripod, Projector, Color Printer, Copier, White Boards and Easel Boards and a large Chalkboard Wall. Our kitchenette is supplied with complimentary coffee, tea, soft drinks and bottled water.
Supplies
Chalkboard Wall, White Boards, Easel Boards and Post-it® Notes, Pens, Pencils, Markers, Color Pencils, Sharpies, Crayons, Glue, Scissors, Tape, Clips, Tacks, Staplers and Paper. An array of Games and Toys for inspiration.

Kitchenette
Bottled Water, Assorted Soft Drinks, Coffee, Tea, Hot Chocolate, Creamer, Sugar Substitutes, Miniature Chocolate Bars and Mints. Dinner, Glassware and Silverware.

Rental Rates
A standard rental includes full use of cottage creative rooms and all amenities. Half and day rates available. Ask about specific rental options, including non-profit, creative family events and multiple day discount rates.

*Non-profit organizations receive discounted rates
*BN Creative charges $10/guest for professional groups over 20 guests (family groups over 10 guests) to cover extra materials and refreshments.
Rental Policies
Reservations: Please call 513.522.2345 to make a reservation. BN Creative considers a completed reservation form your agreement to the reservation, payment and cancellation policies.
Payments: BN Creative requires full payment on or before the day of your event. Upon confirmation of your reservation, 50% of the balance is due and an invoice will be issued to you for the total due for the space rental, catering, etc. BN Creative accepts Business and Personal Checks, Mastercard and Visa.
Cancellations: Due to the uniqueness and high demand of our cottage, we require the following cancellation payments: within 7 days – 50% of rental fee, within 48 hours – 100% of rental fee.
